After word spread about Delaney, Taylor had to make this girl’s dream come true. Delaney Clements has been fighting cancer for five years and she recently found out that the cancer has spread to her brain and was going into a hospice. Delaney’s ultimate dream was to meet Taylor Swift. After the power of the internet and her loyal fans, Taylor found out about Delaney and surprised her in her own bedroom! Delaney posted a cute selfie with Tay on her Instagram with a caption saying how meeting Taylor was a miracle and they just spent all afternoon talking! Aww! Taylor definitely deserves the title as Santa’s helper after this.
