How To: Power Through That All-Nighter
It happens! The important thing is that you remind yourself that you’re human and that this is a fixable mistake. First thing’s first, though. Prepare yourself for success. Grab some healthy snacks (they’re proven to keep you going longer than refined sugars and processed foods), water to hydrate your brain, and a thermos of coffee. Take breaks as needed throughout the night, so as not to exhaust yourself before you’ve even finished your assignments. And most importantly, breathe!
