Set at The Winthrop Hopkins Female Academy of Lesser Hoo, where although there are five girls of marriageable age at the school, there’s just one minor problem. However, certain circumstances bring a young man with the right qualifications to Lesser Hoo, but we also find out that he’s not the only stranger in town. Filled with mistaken identities, parties, grand balls, theft and lots of mischief, this book leaves an innocent servant’s future and several potential marriages at stake. Both complex and hilarious, this book is one you’ll sure to devour!
