Make this Glitter Smoothie and Stay Cool This Summer!

PINEAPPLE MINT SMOOTHIE

To feel refreshed and cool this summer, don’t grab that soda! Instead, grab a bottle of water and make yourself this refreshing smoothie!

All you need is the following:

1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple

1 Ripe Banana (Frozen optional) Yes, this means with the brown dots. lol

1 Bottle of Water

1 Sprig of Mint (Remove the stem and only use the leaves.)

Directions:

Take all the items and place them in some type of blender, a Vitamix or NutriBullet will do. Blend until you don’t see any chunks. (1 min)

Add ice, if you don’t have frozen ingredients.

Pour in a glass, grab a straw and enjoy!

This recipe is cheaper to make at home, if you can’t afford to drop $10 daily on a designer one! If you want more pep in your step, skip the mint and add a tablespoon or two of almond butter or use almond milk instead of water! (Do not use if you have a peanut allergy!)
