GLITTER: Tell us about your role in the new movie, White Rabbit. What is the movie about? Who do you play?

RYAN: White Rabbit is about a boy named Harlon who is bullied to the point where in his state of mental illness decides that the only plausible solution is to take fire upon the kids who tormented him. I play the character Steve who along with Harlon is bullied. I’d say that the main difference between the two of us is that I show my emotions much more, while Harlon internalizes his, which in the end causes him to do the unthinkable.

GLITTER: White Rabbit deals with teen bullying. What advice do you have to those who have been bullied?

RYAN: To anyone that’s being or has been bullied please try your best to ignore the person that is harassing you. All they want is to get a rise out of you, don’t give them the satisfaction, and please don’t take what they say to heart. Seek help and talk to either your parents or a school official.

GLITTER: You’re also starring in the upcoming Goosebumps movie. Is it based on R.L. Stine’s bestselling series and who do you play? When will it be out in theaters?

RYAN: I play the character Champ. Champ is a goofy guy but is not ashamed of being himself. He’s a loyal friend, but throughout the whole movie is on edge and scared very easily. Goosebumps hits theaters October 16th of this year!

GLITTER: What was it like to work with JJ Abrams on the movie, Super 8, a few years ago?

RYAN: It was the most incredible experience especially being that it was my first big movie, to be on a set of that size and to work with the people of the caliber that got to work with, it was unforgettable.

GLITTER: What was the best advice you ever received from someone?

RYAN: My mother constantly tells me “You’ll never know unless you try.”

GLITTER: What advice do you have to other young boys and girls who want to pursue their dreams?

RYAN: Like I said in the question before, you’ll never know unless you try. If you have a dream pursue it, and if it doesn’t end up working out, at least you know that you gave it a shot.

GLITTER: What is something fans may not know about you?

RYAN: Last summer I hiked over 100 miles in the New Mexico Mountains.

GLITTER: Who inspires you?

RYAN: My parents. Not only because of the immense support that they give me, but because they have taught me what it means to work hard and be nice to the people around you while you are doing it.

GLITTER: What has been the most interesting fact you’ve learned lately?

RYAN: The weight of the moon is 81 billion tons.

GLITTER: What did you think of this year’s Super Bowl?

RYAN: Still questioning why Seattle didn’t run the ball on the 1 yard line.

GLITTER: Do you have any new projects coming up that you can tell us about?

RYAN: White Rabbit will be in theaters and VOD on February 13. Also, Goosebumps! Coming to a theater near you October 16, 2015.
