Interview with Roshon Fegan!
RoShon Fegan, plays “Ty Blue” on Disney’s hit show Shake it Up! and joined the cast of last season’s Dancing with the Stars on ABC. A dancer, singer, songwriter, and actor, RoShon is a multi-talented teen who has big plans for the coming year. Read Glitter’s exclusive interview below to find out what RoShon loves most about Shake it Up! and which film he’d love to remake!
GLITTER: What would you like to see happen with your character on Shake it Up?
ROSHON: I would like Ty to do more music and dancing on the show.
GLITTER: What do you like most about being a part of the Shake it Up cast?
ROSHON: It’s a great show and it’s always full of energy! Everybody is really talented and it makes my job fun.
GLITTER: Do you have a favorite episode? If so, which one?
ROSHON: I really like the episode where my sister on the show Rocky and myself, have our father on the show. It really shows family bonding between us.
GLITTER: What has been your most memorable fan moment (from either show)?
ROSHON: My most memorable fan moment would be when I got ambushed at the center of Disneyland for an hour straight. It was so great to see how much I am supported.
GLITTER: If you could remake any film from any genre, which would it be? And why?
ROSHON: I would love to do a remake of Grease, because it’s such an awesome film and I would love to do a modern twist with the music and dance.
GLITTER: What can fans expect from you in the coming year?
ROSHON: This upcoming year I’m really coming full force with everything, getting my music recognized, I’m dropping a lot of free music, I’m working on an album, collaborating, writing, performing and touring as much as I can.
GLITTER: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
ROSHON: In 5 years I hope to have a flourishing entertainment company, hit records, and amazing artist signed to my label 3inaRo Records. I really want to do some great feature films too.
GLITTER: What advice do you have for readers interested in becoming a performer?
ROSHON: Believe in yourself. Stay true to yourself. Love what you do and do what you love. Nothing can stop your dream but sleep.
