Vintage Whale is based on a collaboration of two young ladies Lily and Kristin, college students from Oklahoma who wanted to share their vintage finds and handsome goods with the world on Etsy. They both seek estate sales and flea markets for unique, cute vintage dresses, bags, and of course what every girl loves, jewelry. After getting ideas, Kristin and Lily host crafting/movie nights to make adorable necklaces, accessories, and even paper goods. Though both girls share the same passion and love for vintage finds, they still have differences in what inspires them. Lily loves the color purple and confesses that she as recently become an avid beader. She also enjoys scouring the estate sales and flea markets as well. On the other hand, Kristin is completely inspired by anything with a floral pattern, and loves making things out of buttons. In Kristin’s spare time, she enjoys going on thrifting adventures. They love listening to indie music and are also inspired by the style of their favorite bands and artists. They never list anything in their shop that they do not adore themselves. Kristin and Lily hope that people visit Vintage Whale and will find something that they love as much as they enjoyed finding or making it. •
